1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Salem AI's website and cybersecurity services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
Salem AI provides managed cybersecurity services including but not limited to: endpoint detection and response (EDR), email security, identity monitoring, security awareness training, and AI-powered threat intelligence for small and medium enterprises in the UAE.
3. Service Tiers
We offer three service tiers — Essential, Standard, and Premium — each with defined feature sets and per-user pricing. Service details and pricing are as listed on our website and may be updated with 30 days' notice.
4. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate information during registration, maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, promptly report any security incidents, and cooperate with our team during security assessments and incident response.
5. Payment Terms
Services are billed on a per-user, per-month basis. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and approved corporate payment methods. Prices are listed in AED and exclude applicable VAT.
6. Service Level Agreement
We commit to 99.9% uptime for our monitoring services. Deployment timelines are as specified per tier: same-day for Essential, same-day for Standard, and 24-hour for Premium. Incident response times vary by tier and severity level.
7. Data Handling
All client data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UAE data protection regulations. We implement enterprise-grade security measures to protect all data under our management.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we employ industry-leading AI and security technologies, no cybersecurity solution can guarantee 100% protection. Salem AI's liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service period. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. No long-term contracts are required. Upon termination, we will securely delete or return your data within 30 days.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Dubai, UAE.
